I a newcomer and a Greek novice too. I purchased the Mounce materials (
www.teknia.com) and have been working through them since last fall. It is
hard work, but I am making progress (God has been gracious to me). I've
found the combination of audio lectures, text book, and workbook very
helpful. I purchased another program to help with vocabulary memorization
(Flash! Pro) and have found it *very* useful. I'd be in much worse shape
without it.

Hope this helps!
