[B-Greek] Acts 28:26 Present Participle LEGWN

Greetings all,

I am curious if anyone might be able to explain for me the masculine LEGWN 
in Acts 28:26.  It appears to be referring back to TO PNEUMA TO hAGION in 
verse 25.  The text reads as follows:

hOTI KALWS TO PNEUMA TO hAGION ELALHSEN DIA HSAIOU TOU PROFHTOU PROS TOUS 
PATERAS hUMWN LEGWN...

Would we not expect the neuter LEGON instead?
