[B-Greek] LXX Isaiah 45:23

According to the critical apparatus in Ziegler, there are some 
witnesses (= Rom 14:11) that read OMEITAI in place of Ziegler's (and 
Rahlfs') ECOMOLOGHSETAI (PASA GLWSSA). Mike's issue is thus an issue of 
reception history.
