David,
Unless they specifically say otherwise, it is best to assume Erasmian
pronunciation. Despite the efforts of Randall and some others, Erasmian
reigns supreme in most places (insert appropriate comment about old
habits...).
The software I suggested uses Erasmian. Mounce uses Erasmian.
