The book I used is long out of print, but you might want to try this:

Modern Theological German: A Reader and Dictionary
by Helmut W. Ziefle
Baker Academic, 1997
648 pages, German and English, Paper
ISBN: 0-8010-2144-8
ISBN13: 978-0-8010-2144-2
List Price: $32.00
Your Price: $22.37

It doesn't have a grammatical summary, but it does have
translation/grammatical notes on the facing page of the readings. At the
end of each reading there are questions with an answer key at the end of
the book. He starts with biblical passages and moves to theological
writings. The dictionary is at the back and contains 20,000 terms.

HTH,
James
