Well, many of the grammatical terms are the same, but the function of those 
terms in Greek is often different from English. Greek has three genders, 
masculine, feminine, and neuter. English does not have grammatical gender in 
its noun system as Greek does, and only has a few pronouns which reflect a 
difference between masculine and feminine, such as the difference between 
"he" and "she" in the pronoun system.
