Danker did all the work this time, so his initial moves ahead of A and G.
Some people will still refer to the book as "Bauer"; but, on the basis of
this edition's title page and copyright page, it should be listed in
bibliographies under "Danker." So what you have is not "Bauer's third
edition" (which was published in German many years ago) but Danker's third
edition. The making of a lexicon of this caliber is the work of many minds
and hands over many years, and the title page duly acknowledges several of
them, but Prof. Danker's work on its current incarnation fully entitles him
to be listed as its editor.
