[B-Greek] Strong's numbers

Ulrik and I are probably fairly close to being able to generate
something like this, although there might be Bible software that can
output it now. The challenge we need to overcome (which the lattice I
talked about is part of the solution to) is we need to be able to map
the particular choice of lemma currently used by MorphGNT to the
appropriate Strong's number (which isn't trivial because there isn't a
one-to-one mapping).
