[B-Greek] Dative participial clauses

Iver's framework is more complex than I gave it credit for [sic]. Pre- 
verbal participles don't seem that big of a mystery to me. If we just  
forget about the so called absolutes and focus on reasons why  
information is placed in that pre-verbal position, there are two  
major reasons, one is to focus attention, the other is to provide  
staging for the action of the main verb.
