[B-Greek] What is "late pres"?

BDAG doesn't call it "late pres." but it clearly enough indicates  
that it is a present tense form first found in the GNT and clearly  
derivative from the perfect hESTHKA of hISTAMAI, "stand." ("A late  
formation fr. ἕστηκα hESTHKA, the perf. of ἵστημι  
hISTHMI, and used beside it").
