Better than that (or almost as good?): Go to http://zhubert.com/
(The Resurgence Greek Project, formerly www.zhubert.com)
Use the Bible Browser to select the Greek text that you want to use;
you can select "BGreek Translit" as the format for the selection, or
you can select "Greek" and a click will bring up the (Unicode) Greek
text. Once you've gotten to that page, you can select "BGreek
Translit" in the pop-up window below the Greek text and then click on
"Add" to get the B-Greek transliteration in a panel side-by-side with
the Greek text:
I just did that for John 3:17 and got:
John 3:17
OU GAR APESTEILEN hO QEOS TON hUION EIS TON KOSMON hINA KRINHi TON
KOSMON ALL hINA SWQHi hO KOSMOS DI AUTOU
The only thing this doesn't do is mark the apostrophe where ALLA has
been elided before hINA.
