The NET Bible has the following note that is of
interest to me.
8tn For the translation of APERCOMAI; L&N 13.93 has
"to go out of existenceâ'to cease to exist, to pass
away, to cease.'"
I don't have/own L&N and would be very interested in
knowing what SOURCE(S) they cite to support this
definition. I just wanted to check the sources myself.

L&N doesn't cite sources. It just lists
definitions/meanings, and gives a NT verse as an example
where the word has that meaning.
I don't know how the following cut-and-paste from Logos
will appear:
13.93 ÏαÏάγÏc; ÏαÏÎÏÏομαιd; á¼ÏÎÏÏομαιb; á¼Î¾ÎÏÏομαιb: to go out of
existenceââto cease to exist, to pass away, to cease.â
ÏαÏάγÏc: ὠκÏÏÎ¼Î¿Ï ÏαÏάγεÏαι âthe world passes awayâ 1 Jn 2.17.
ÏαÏÎÏÏομαιd: ὠοá½ÏÎ±Î½á½¸Ï ÎºÎ±á½¶ ἡ γῠÏαÏελεÏÏεÏαι, οἱ δὲ λÏγοι μοÏ
οὠμὴ ÏαÏÎλθÏÏιν
âheaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass awayâ Mt 24.35.
á¼ÏÎÏÏομαιb: ἡ οá½Î±á½¶ ἡ μία á¼Ïá¿Î»Î¸ÎµÎ½ âthe first horror ceasedâ Re 9.12; εá½Î¸á½ºÏ á¼Ïá¿Î»Î¸ÎµÎ½
á¼ÏÌ Î±á½Ïοῦ ἡ λÎÏÏα âat once the leprosy left himâ Mk 1.42.
á¼Î¾ÎÏÏομαιb: ἰδÏνÏÎµÏ Î´á½² οἱ κÏÏιοι αá½Ïá¿Ï á½
Ïι á¼Î¾á¿Î»Î¸ÎµÎ½ ἡ á¼Î»Ïá½¶Ï Ïá¿Ï á¼ÏγαÏÎ¯Î±Ï Î±á½Ïῶν âwhen
her owners realized that their chance of making money no longer existedâ or â â¦
was goneâ Ac 16.19.
