You are correct that the two have similarities. Similarity does not, however, mean quotation. The most that can be said is that there might be an allusion here. There is also a difference though in that Paul speaks of it as a trespass against one's body and Sirach against one's life / soul though I have some doubts that there is any intent to make any distinction between SWMA and YUXH.

1 Cor 6.18
ὁ δὲ πορνεύων εἰς τὸ ἴδιον σῶμα ἁμαρτάνει.
hO DE PORNEUWN EIS TO IDION SWMA hAMARTANEI

Sir 19.4
ὁ ἁμαρτάνων εἰς ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ πλημμελήσει.
hO hAMARTANW EIS YUXHN AUTOU PLHMMELHSEI

Therefore, O faithful Christian, search for truth, hear truth,
learn truth, love truth, speak the truth, hold the truth,
defend the truth till death.

Could the passage in I Corinthians 6:18 be related?
FEUGETE THN PORNEIAN. PAN AMARTHMA O EAN POIHSH ANQRWPOS EKTOS TOU
SWMATOS ESTIN. "O DE PORNEUWN EIS TO IDION SWMA AMARTANEI"

The thought and the grammar with the phrase O hAMARTANWN EIS
YUCHN AUTOU seems similar.
