[B-Greek] remove my email

That may remove you from "greekstudy"  (if you're subscribed to it!),  
but it won't do anything for a B-Greek subscriber; for that you have  
to go to http://lists.ibiblio.org/mailman/listinfo/b-greek.

In this particular instance, however, I've now made the deletion from  
the subscriber list.
Did anyone ever wonder why we include those URLs automatically at the  
bottom of every message distributed to the list?
