Some examples with one or more such constituents from the GNT are found in Mt 18:20, 26:43, Mrk
1:33, 6:52, 10:32, 13:25, 14:40, Luk 11:1, 12:35, 18:34, 23:8, 23:53, Jhn 3:23, 10:40, 18:30, Acts
8:16, 26:26, 2 Cor 2:17, Jas 3,15.
I agree with others that the topic-comment framework does not provide an adequate analysis, because
it is too dichotomistic. I prefer to talk about relative prominence of many elements. One also has
to compare with periphrastic constructions where the constituents are NOT pulled forward in front of
the participle as well as with constructions where the participle is pulled in front of the
indicative verb.
