Even though it shows that there is an attachment, I suspect that since it is only 1k in size that it has been stripped out by the list software.  I would suggest that if you can post it somewhere then you can provide a link in a post to that location.

I've been reading what others have written about how they approach Greek 
texts, and have now tried to describe an approach I've been using called 
"lining out" a text.

I'm very interested in gathering feedback on this document, and plan to 
post a revised version to the Web in the near future. Please don't 
distribute this version, wait for me to get a little feedback and revise it.
