Yes, I think that PROKEKURWMENHN and GEGONWS both function here to  
delimit that current status of the nouns they qualify. Of course  
there's a temporal dimension, but that's established more by META  
TETRAKOSIA KAI TRIAKONTA ETH: "The law that has been established 430  
years later cannot invalidate a covenant previously established so as  
to nullify the promise."
