John,

I don't know where you can get it for free, but Eisenbrauns is the
official North American distributor for the Goettingen LXX. You can find
the volume you are looking for here:
http://www.eisenbrauns.com/wconnect/wc.dll?ebGate~EIS~~I~LXX162

Actually, you can get it for 30% off if you go here:
http://www.eisenbrauns.com/sbl and download the last order form (V&R).

HTH,
James

but I don't understand it very well, and I am fairly good at
understanding variants aparatus'. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Plus, while I am asking, I am interested in the Greek manuscripts from
the Dead Sea Scrolls called 8HevXIIgr of the minor prophets. I know
that they are published in the Discoveries in the Judean Desert and
edited by Emanuel Tov. Unfortunately the closest Christian library to
me does not have that volume. Does anyone know of any web link that may
have free access to those readings?

Thank you,
