It is also available new from Eisenbrauns, and we ship everywhere:

If this gets me kicked off the list so be it. I am not going to stand
around a watch people advertise for Amazon and CBD while I, who actually
participate in the list, am not allowed to post a link.
Somewhat frustrated,
James

The good news is that it is available in paper, and that I have found it
listed for $29.25. The bad news is that this source only ships within
the US. Other prices are generally much higher. I do find one other
source which is close in price ($35.00) and which doesn't state that
shipping is restricted.

Where can I purchase a copy of MNTG, preferably the paperback edition?
At the present rate of currency conversion of about 3.5 (USD 1 = MYR
3.5), I find the hd edition to be a bit too expensive for me. I can't
find it at Amazon nor at CBD. Is it still in print?
