It means something like "drawn along in addition, attracted, suffixed/"
Where you probably saw it was in a grammatical account of "movable nu"  
-- the nu that is added to a short final iota or epsilon, especially  
in 3d sg. verb endings like ESTI(N), EISI(N), FASI(N), HLQE(N) and in  
dative plurals in -SI(N). The Greek term is νῦ  
ἐφελκυστικόν, NU EFELKUSTIKON.
