Charein! I am putting together a CD-ROM of teaching material for a first year Biblical Greek course based on Mounce's Basics of Biblical Greek. I have been assembling it over the last year as I have been teaching a first year Greek class at our church. The goal of the CD-ROM is to contain publicly available Greek teaching and reference materials -- as well as software, fonts and audio files -- for use not only in teaching Greek in North America, but especially for teaching Biblical Greek in the developing world, where students not only do not have access to reference material, they don't have the room to store books. In fact, my mentor in the Biblical Languages is using the CD-ROM for his Biblical Languages classes in China. Currently, the CD-ROM is jam-packed and almost at capacity (698 MB).
What I'd like to be able to do is include a PDF copy of Funk's great "Beginning-Intermediate Grammar of Hellenistic Greek" on the CD-ROM. I can almost do so by downloading the 75 PDFs from the B-Greek site (http://www.ibiblio.org/bgreek/project/funk-grammar/) and stitching them together. However, the PDFs only cover volumes 1 and 2. Might it be possible to post the TIF image files for the pages of volume 3, so that I can make PDFs from them as well and ultimately create a single PDF file that contains the *entire* contents of Funk's grammar? It would make a great addition to the CD-ROM, and a wonderful reference resource. I'd be happy to do the work of creating the PDF file and submitting it back to the B-Greek site if only the TIF files for volume 3 could be created and posted to the site. I simply do not have access to a copy of Funk's grammar (it is incredibly difficult to find, even via Interlibrary Loan), or I would do it myself.
Many thanks! Blessings!
