[B-Greek] Has Moulton-Howard-Turner's "Grammar of the Greek New Testament" gone out of print?

I placed an order with a bookseller back in August 2008 for the four volume set of Moulton-Howard-Turner's "Grammar of the Greek New Testament." After a delay I received the second and third volumes, but was told that volumes one and four were out of stock at the publisher. The same situation seems to obtain today. I notice that Eisenbrauns is in the same stock position. Christian Book Distributors lists the set as "no longer available." I can't seem to procure it through Amazon either.

So I ask anyone on the list who might know (perhaps James Spinti from Eisenbrauns is one of them) - has the venerable Moulton-Howard-Turner Grammar finally gone out of print? I really hope not; I'd very much like to complete my set. If it has gone out of print, does anyone have any recommendations for where I can get volumes 1 and 4 in reasonably good condition?

Thanks! Blessings!
