Regarding "http://patrologia.ct.aegean.gr/ (currently offline, but I hope for its return)": I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. See

I understand there was at least the potential of a suit for copyright infringement regarding this. I do understand your desire to have it available since I would like to have it available myself. There is hope, however.

You may already know about the following, but I'll toss them into the hopper anyway:
http://www.documentacatholicaomnia.eu/
http://www.luc.edu/faculty/mhooker/google_books-bible_judaism_christianity.html
http://www.earlychurchtexts.com/main/homepage/homepage.shtml
http://patrologia.ct.aegean.gr/ (currently offline, but I hope for its return)
http://www.clerus.org/bibliaclerus/
You'll want to check out Brepols Corpus Christianorum, which at least has some of the Latin authors available on CDRom.
Chadwick-Healey used to have individual subscriptions to the PLG and PLL, though not cheap: many of the volumes have now been scanned into Google Books, but not all.
Hope those help some.
