Allow me to give more info about "κ.ο.κ."
 
 
The modern Greek expression "Και ούτω καθ' εξής" means "And in (the same) manner (the list) is continued".
 
ἑξῆς < έχομαι = keep, follow, continue (a line of things, persons, ideas e.t.c.). Έχομαι των παραδόσεων = I keep the traditions
Other modern Greek expressions with the ancient word "εξής":
 
Στο εξής (εις το εξής): From now on (=what will follow from now on is...)
 
Τα/τους/τις εξής (adverbial use): The following list of
 
Ως εξής: According to the following (description, list of characteristics)
