[B-Greek] text questions and recommendations

Yes, to both; people love it because it is out of copyright. But, it
appears that the early version of Abbot-Smith is out of copyright in the
US, so perhaps it will be making an appearance on the web. It would be a
vast improvement over Thayer's and Strings!
