[B-Greek] Citation of Greek text in Messages sent to B-Greek

Perhaps the message cited below may be helpful to those having trouble  
with the transliteration format.
In addition, it is important for those who want to read the Unicode  
Greek text to have their text-encoding set to Unicode (UTF-8); those  
who don't have it so set will see only gobbledygook or something like  
"????????" where the Greek characters ought to appear.
