[B-Greek] symbol and abbreviations for Church Fathers

Mitch, in the apparatus the "a" and "p" are used for "ante" - before
and "post" - after. In the apparatus the plain cross signals that
there has been a change in the preferred reading from the last
edition. The more ornate cross by some of the dates of the fathers, I
think, means that this is the date that the Father died. So a cross
p. 580 would mean that Cassidorus died after the year 580.
