1.  Make sure you have a unicode font which covers polytonic Greek
     a.  http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&item_id=Gentium
     b.  http://titus.fkidg1.uni-frankfurt.de/unicode/tituut.asp 
     c.  http://scholarsfonts.net/cardofnt.html
     d.  http://socrates.berkeley.edu/~pinax/greekkeys/NAUdownload.html
     e.  http://www.fontfinder.ws/18373/Palatino-Linotype.html

    There are others as well
2. Set your browser options to use UTF-8
