I do not know if you have received a response about your query for a
Greek primer, but one that gets plaudits for being well written is
David Alan Black's book "Learn to read New Testament Greek". This has
now been revised, and is to come out in an improved edition. Others
here like Wm. Mounce's book "Basics of Biblical Greek", which come with
a workbook and several things. It has more full descriptions, but for
shorter, simpler, but still substantive descriptions, many like Black.

That for the older students, there was another book that people liked
called "Greek to me", by one Cullen I. Story. This is out of print.

For some books on Greek, modern Greek, for the young, greeceinprint.com
has titles.

I know a young lady who when she was 12 years of age began to learn
elementary Greek from Machen's book "New Testament Greek for
Beginners". I used this, as well as Kubo, but I think Black's book
would be better, if you can wait for the new edition, it should see
improvements.

Another nice little book, which is for classical Greek, however,
covers NT Greek, is an older book in the Teach Yourself series, by
Melluish and Kinchin Smith. I don't think it is in print, but this
book taught many from an older generation, and it is quite digestible,
and it has the answers in a key in the back.

May the Lord guide you to those good resources which shall be of help
to you.
