I don't have a handheld so I can't speak from experience, but I can tell you what I've heard.  

1. E-Sword has a pocket PC version which I believe is free as is the regular PC version

I've also heard good comments regarding

2. Olive Tree http://www.olivetree.com/ and
3. Laridian http://www.laridian.com/

The last two are not free.

Yes, a pocket Greek NT is good.  However, I should like to get more use 
out of this Palm Tungsten that I got a few years ago, so I am thinking 
about this.
