John, please do me a favour. Check to see if the number 127 in Pap.  
967 is not in fact written as RKZ, rather than spelled out.
That is almost certain to be case since that is standard practice in  
the papyri.
In that case your German commentator is citing the reading of Pap.  
967  but at the same time noting that it  REALLY has RKZ for 127.
