I enlarged the picture and can therefore state unequivocally that it is Syriac therefore, wrong picture.

That doesn't look like any page I've seen from the Greek Codex Sinaiticus!
I think they have made a mistake and given a picture of the old Syriac
manuscript that was discovered at the Sinai monastary, the Sinaitic Syriac
palimpsest of the late forth/ early fifth century.
