[B-Greek] Classical HUDOKHSAN to Koine EUDOKHSAN

Can anyone please inform me as to why the classical HUDOKHSAN would become EUDOKHSAN in the NT period? Is EUDOKHSAN somehow still augmented? If not, is the change from HU- to EU- accounted for by their similarity in pronunciation (assuming they were)?
