I think that if you'd download the PDF file itself and open it with
Acrobat (or Apple's Preview program), you'd see the Greek properly. I
see that the Google-html-generated file does show the Greek as
gobbledygook, and I think that's because it was not originally done in
Unicode. I'll try to get a UTF-8 version up as soon as possible. I
should note, however, that what's on my page on Ancient Greek Voice (http://www.artsci.wustl.edu/~cwconrad/GrkVc.html
) is more up-to-date than what's in those PDF files.
