If you meant: "What font did they use to typeset the book?" (and to 
typeset the PDFs on the above website mentioned by Dr. Conrad), the 
answer is:

Kadmos

It is probably Kadmos from Allotype Typographics, though I can't be 
sure. The PDF didn't contain information about the originator of the 
font, only its name.
