I cannot imagine that, because both the MP form and the active form that supplanted it are
intransitive, so they cannot take an object. What is the subject in the MP or active intransitive
forms "B grows" becomes the object in the causative active form "A caused B to grow/increase".
Of course you could grammatically say "A caused TA PANTA to grow" (HUXHSEN TA PANTA), but that bears
no relationship to the verse under scrutiny. 1 Cor 3:6 has ALLA hO QEOS HUXHSEN (TO SPERMA/TON
LOGON)
