[B-Greek] Is the big grammar out of print?

I can beat that. A friend of mine who found the big ATR too obtuse
gave me his copy, gratis. Aside from this bit of bragging, however,
if you're looking for a copy and can't find it, don't be too
disheartened. My friend was probably right; ATR has major
shortcomings, so you're not missing a lot. Then again, I think the
great NT reference grammar probably has yet to be written. Wallace's
work is a good beginning, and I have hopes he'll eventually get
there, if someone else doesn't beat him to it.
