In Jude 2, we read,
ELEOS hUMIN KAI EIRHNH KAI AGAPH PLHQUNQEIN
Could this have been written hUMIN ELEOS EIRHNH AGAPH PLHQUNQEIN and be understood in the same way and have achieved the same effect?
Is there some advantage to using KAI to stretch out the sentence?? Would this allow the author to exaggerate (or emphasize) that which he writes here because of the subject matter he deals with in the letter as if he means that ELEOS EIRHNH AGAPH will be multiplied TOIS KLHTOIS of v1 where it would not be multiplied in TIVES ANQRWPOI of v4 thus distinguishing the one from the other?
