[B-Greek] software for logical relations

You might look at Ulrik Sandborg-Petersen's Emdros program:
http://emdros.org/

This is a "text database engine for analyzed or annotated text." I'm  
assuming that it is the successor to an earlier software that was  
specifically aimed at use with Biblical Greek texts.
