It must be understood, however, that oldest manuscripts are known as "uncials" or "majuscules" due to the fact that they are written entirely in upper case (capitals). The distinction in the manuscripts between upper and lower cases are a later development.

In the authentic Greek Orthodox text, whenever Πνεῦμα is capitalized whenever is referred to the Holy Spirit, as in Rom 8:9, and not whenever it is, πνεῦμα as in Rom 8:10.
In Rom 8:10 the emphasis is in σῶμα - πνεῦμα in humans, since the basis is ὑμῖν - the Romans, or the Christians, our body is dead because of sin, and our spirit is life because of righteousness.
We have parallel structure:
σῶμα - νεκρόν - ἀμαρτία
πνεῦμα - ζωή - δικαιοσύνη
