[B-Greek] Discussion on interlinears

There has been an interesting discussion about interlinears on the
Classics-L list. The archives are open to the public:
http://lsv.uky.edu/archives/classics-l.html
Look at October 2008, week 3 (number 18) and week 4 (numbers 5, 6, & 9).
The archives usually run about a day behind, so the most recent
discussion might not appear for another 12 hours.

There is an interesting example of a work in progress on Aeschylus.
While my views on interlinears should be well-known (they are a little
better than the spawn of hell, at best), the Sanskrit examples, if
available for Greek, might make me reconsider my stand. They appear to
be more like a reader/commentary than a traditional interlinear.

HTH,
James
