αιδε (=εδε) ξαμην σου τα γραμματα, κυριε μου πατερ, και πανυ εμεγαλυνθην και
ηγαλλειασα οτει τοιουτος μου πατηρ την μνημην ποιειται
"I received your letter, Sir, my father, and I exalt and altogether rejoice that such a father remembered me."
I guess the aorists are epistolatory.

I tried to send this message earlier, but I didn't receive a receipt that it
posted. Here goes again.
Could someone please help me render the following text (from
Moulton-Milligan, s.v. MEGALUNW):
AIDE (=EDE) XAMHN SOU TA GRAMMATA, KURIE MOU PATER, KAI PANU EMEGALUNQHN KAI
HGALLEIASA OTEI TOIOUTOS MOU PATHR THN MNHMHN POIEITAI
With much appreciation,
Scott Wells
