Note the sequence beginning with v. 12 where it speaks of εὐχαριστοῦντες τῷ πατρὶ [EUXARISTOUNTES TWi PATRI] then referencing him in v. 13 by ὃς ἐρρύσατο [hOS ERRUSATO]. It then says μετέστησεν εἰς τὴν βασιλείαν τοῦ υἱοῦ [METESTHSEN EIS THN BASILEIAN TOU hUIOU]. From there beginning with v. 14 we have further references through relative pronouns ἐν ᾧ [EN hWi]. Whom does this reference? Τοῦ υἱοῦ in the immediately preceding. It continues with the relative in v. 15 ὅς ἐστιν εἰκὼν τοῦ θεοῦ [hOS ESTIN EIKWN TOU QEOU] which most definitely reference the son. It keeps going in v. 16 ὅτι ἐν αὐτῷ [hOTI EN AUTWi] and keeps going like the Energizer Bunny in v. 17 καὶ αὐτός ἐστιν [KAI AUTOS ESTIN] and in v. 18 καὶ αὐτός ἐστιν ἡ κεφαλὴ [KAI AUTOS ESTIN hH KEFALH]. Then in v. 19
ὅτι ἐν αὐτῷ [hOTI EN AUTWi] still continuing the reference to the son. Καὶ διʼ αὐτοῦ [KAI DI' AUTOU] in v. 20 carries it forward. V. 21 continues v. 20 without further reference. In v. 22 it then has a 3 s. verb ἀποκατήλλαξεν [APOKATALACEN] and ἐν τῷ σώματι τῆς σαρκὸς αὐτοῦ [EN TWi SWMATI THS SARKOS AUTOU] which continues to reference the son.

Certainly, the natural word order seems natural. One remaining
question in this text is:
how do I decide who is the implicit subject of the verb APOKATHLLAXEN
in v. 22? God or His Son?
Thank you all.
