It's when she announces her newborn's weight in newtons, since 'grams' is a unit of mass, not weight.
One preacher threw his mass around by declaring that since hAMARTIAS in Is. 53:10 meant 'sin offering', therefore God did not make Jesus to be sin for us, but an offering for sin on our behalf. Nothing was mentioned about missing the mark.
