[B-Greek] Attraction (was: syntax in 2 cor 10:12-13)

Perhaps it's both.  It's an explanation for why the normal
rule wasn't followed in this particular instance.  And it's
apparently a "mistake" that happened often enough to 
get it's own entry in the grammars.
