I also noticed (and read for the first time) today that BDAG has an introduction written by Bauer that details many of the characteristics that are distinct to Koine Greek as compared with classical. I don't know if the first English edition (BAG) has the introduction or not, but it doesn't look like the second does (BAGD).

Hi, Stephen,

Max Zerwick's Biblical Greek, while not a systematic treatment
of the differences, nor one that goes much to the level of
morphology, is addressed to those making the same
transition you are. If focuses on grammar and makes
some very interesting exegetical points. It is a short
and entertaining read.
