[B-Greek] Greek-group dynamics

XAIREIN

We are working towards developing something new over here and would be
grateful for any input on the question of group dynamics for 20 people.

In the past we have had two kinds of 'immersion' experiences,
(1) classroom immersion with two teachers, where 90%+ of classtime is
in Greek itself, and
(2) 24hr/day immersion with small groups of friends, 2-5 persons.

My question is what would happen if a group of 15-25 persons of mixed
abilities
met in a 24/7 Greek immersion arrangement? Perhaps it is enough to organize
4 hours/day of simulated classroom (with two teachers + Greek-speaking
wives)
and then leave the rest of the day as 'free', though eating meals together.
Perhaps mixed with an organized daily outing for two to three hours?

Anyway, ten-eleven of us of mixed levels are going to meet this weekend to
practice being a loosely (un)supervised group and see what we learn.
For example, how does everyone get to hear enough comprehensible input?
How does everyone get enough practice in speech at their level?
How does everyone maximize their time?
These questions will have a direct bearing on a proposed project--
if we do a two-week, level-two+three "Jesus and the Lake" immersion seminar
around Passover next year. For teachers, it is impossible to be 'on stage'
for
210 hours (15hours x 14 days) so the most efficient compromises will need
to be found. Flowers are nice in the Galilee in March-April.
