It always helps to have the Greek text in front of us:
Acts 19:24 Δημήτριος γάρ τις ὀνόματι,
ἀργυροκόπος, ποιῶν ναοὺς ἀργυροῦς
Ἀρτέμιδος παρείχετο τοῖς τεχνίταις
οὐκ ὀλίγην ἐργασίαν,
DHMHTRIOS GAR TIS ONOMATI, ARGUROPOIOS, POIWN NAOUS ARGUROUS ARTEMIDOS
PAREICETO TOIS TECNITAIS OUK OLIGHN ERGASIAN.
PAREICETO is middle voice, pretty clearly having the accusative direct
object OUK OLIGHN ERGASIAN and dative indirect object TOIS TECNITAIS.
