[B-Greek] How to Progress from First-Year Grammar to Reading?

Hi Rev Lewis and the B-Greek list
I have this booklet, it's very good, I saw used copies at Amazon starting  at 
$16.00. If you look hard enough I'd think you can get these new, I bought it  
new, about 2 years ago.
