hOI ANDRES KATA EXOCH, Acts 25:23.  EPISNMOS Rom 16:7.
GENNAIOS Martyrdom of Polycarp 2:1  I bet there are plenty of
places in koine where KALOS and AGATHOS still mean retain
this meaning as in earlier Greek.  EUGENES 1 Cor 1:26.  L and N
probably have an entry on this.

What are the Greek expressions that were used by Greek Biblical (and
other Hellenistic) authors to designate a person as being of the highest
possible standing in the community/minds of others? MEGAS comes to mind
as well as hO PRWTOS. Any others?
